SUPGUYS! A Victorian here, just wondering, why is this relevant? It isn't that relevant in Victoria, although a better school usually means better "moderation"/"scaling" (not sure if that is HSC terminology), but not all the time and top scores aren't rare (uncommon) from non-top schools.
