What is the shortest pathway into medicine with an atar of 96? i dont care what uni i go to?

Hi, i do a bachelor of arts at UNSW and i got an atar of 95. Can i transfer into a dual law, does it require atar, it doesnt say anywhere about atar and also what wam do i need. + is it worth doing commerce at UNSW, Commerce/Law @ Macq, or Business/Commerce and Law at UWS?
