    I reckon keep up with what the teacher is doing in class and at the same time start going through the dotpoints yourself and make summaries. Cross-reference your summaries with other texts just in case the one you're using isn't completely legit, and type them on a computer or use loose paper so...

    Basically what the title says thanks. My teacher's, well... horrible. haha :/ On a similar note, are harder parametrics meant to be so guess-y? Like I swear with the algebra, if you miss a substitution of y when finding the locus of something, your whole working out becomes useless -.-

    I think it depends if you're good at giving speeches lol. Plenty of famous speeches have rhetorical questions. Even the speeches that Board of Studies prescribe for Module B have rhetorical questions. That's what made me question whether or not we could use them in essays

    Rhetorical Questions in English Essays

    Can we use rhetorical questions in English essays sparingly? Similar to in good speeches, it can be used to make the reader think about the topic at hand and then we can iterate our own opinion, thus creating a 'personal voice'. Or would you say that they make the essay too informal?
