    Finance question help (FINS1613)

http://imgur.com/Cs6a9Gx Hello. My dilemna is the first equation given. Why does it only have C_1 (the revenue) when C_1 also grows with factor of (1+0.06) per year? Shouldn't it be C_1 (1.06)^n Also, when I solve inequality it gives years n> ... n should be "<" if it wants to shut down...

    Matriculation and HECS

What is matriculation supposed to turn into? I enrolled on the 21st of January. I believe I've already enrolled because my timetable shows up with all blue classes, as well as I've already ticked options for "Apply for HECS-HELP" and it says my course is HECS-HELP eligible.

    Matriculation and HECS

Hi, My status for my course in myUNSW is matriculation. Does that mean I've done everything needed and all I have to do is wait till feb 29 and start going uni? Also, for HECS, how does it work? So after each semester do I go to the office or something and tell them to apply HECS? Thanks

Hi, for Uni, I'm doing a Business double degree and was wondering whether pen/paper was more efficient that laptops? And if laptop is more efficient, what laptop should I buy? Preferably: Cheap, doesn't have to be fancy (just gonna use for note taking, not gaming). I could use my lenovo but...

    Student Start-up Loan

I got this email from centrelink. Can someone make meaning of this for me? I don't know what it's talking about -- On 1 January 2016, the Student Start-up Loan replaced the Student Start-up Scholarship. If you are eligible for Youth Allowance (student), you can claim a Student Start-up...

Looking for a job -- how to answer this question?

By that I implied "I'm not sure what I should say since I'm currently on break (as are many other 2015ers) until university starts."

Looking for a job -- how to answer this question?

I just finished my 2015 HSC exams and am looking for a job. So many online applications ask me: "Are you currently studying?" What do I say? I plan to go to university so should I just say Yes - full time or just 'No'? I keep thinking if I said 'No', it'll put me at a disadvantage to saying...

    differentiation and stat pt

    f(x) = 1/x [(x+c)/(n+1)]^(n+1) , n, c are constants > 0. x > 0 I just want to clarify why I'm getting two different stat pts. First one is when I differentiate it just as it is. So f'(x) = (-1/x^2) [(x+c)/(n+1)]^(n+1)] + 1/x (1/(n+1) [(x+c)/(n+1)]^n = 0 I get it simplified to be -c(x+c)^n...
