i never claimed i completely lost control. my entire point was that alcohol can completely change your thinking. you may know what youre doing but it may seem a good idea at the time. and as i said before, my cheating was retaliation, which normally wouldn't have been the best idea, but...

i cheated on him once, the other times we were on so-called "breaks". the point is everytime i did anything it was when i was under the influence. but youre right because i was young and stupid and i learnt a lot from that entire episode.

i was in a relationship for eighteen months and all the times i cheated was when i was under the influence. maybe i just don't hv respect for relationships or mine at the time.

well i suppose i can't really say anything to that now can i? but me for instance, when i start drinking i think irrationally, and do things that i wouldn't have even considered if sober. i agree that it is the inhibitations that are the only difference between the two. i don't even know...
