    STAT test (pharmacy) and the UAC app.

    So when you're applying for UAC, and it asks if you are doing the stat tes, do you say yes? Because it asks you to fill out the Supplementary Form A. Basically, if i sit the stat test, so i can get into pharmacy, do i also need to fill out the Supp. Form A?
