    Save sex?

I think the whole point of saving yourself for marriage is a personal sacrifice to God, in deference to the sanctitiy of matrimony. It's analogous to religious practices such as fasting and meat abstinence. Since sexual relationships are supposed to be definitive of marriage, Christians defer...

    Results: Semester 1, 2006

Just a quick question: I got a WAM of 87.89 this first sem, I'm doing bachelor of science. I've not been in Australia long enough to know the grading system here well. I know it's an HD, but I'm still mildly disappointed. Do hardworking science students get 90+ WAMs easily?

    Timetable Clashes

Well, I don't know... All those lecturers stress the importance of going to lectures.... Shouldn't the university sort this out? I mean, isn't that what school fees are for???

    Timetable Clashes

I have a clash as well - I have a 3hour lab for SOFT1901 from 2-4pm, but at 3pm, I have a CHEM1908 lecture! I checked online and found out that both subjects only have one lab/lecture stream. What do i do now??? I honestly don't think i can make it not attending lectures...

    Your 'thing'. (not about penises)

I like guys who are highly-intelligent and possess a witty sense of humour. He must be able to carry interesting conversations (and whip up funny repartees) on topics ranging from the philosophical to the scientific. Yet at the same time, he can also be playful and silly. Sadly, I don't think...

    HELP - USYD enrolment hell

I'm an international student too, and I agree, the usyd enrolment dates are totally confusing! I called the uni and they told me it's this week, so I think the Jan27 date is correct. They sent me an enrolment schedule but it's for international non-UAC students, which does not apply for me, as I...

Thanks for the feedback! Actually I really enjoy bio, thats why I'm thinking of this course. But my school counsellor told me that there are not many career opportunities for graduates of this course. What do you say? Also, if I need a distinction ave to transfer to the stream after a year...

Which subject is everyone pissed off about?
