Hey,

just doing practice essay and needing a bit of help:

The question is: Evaluate the ways in which the legal system protects consumers, and include a discussion of financing a purchase.<o></o>


I was reading the 2005 marking criteria for this question and it says to achieve 21-25: Your response makes a sound judgement based on criteria (explicit or implicit) about the ways in which the legal system protects consumers

I was just wondering what they mean about (explicit or implicit)????

Is the criteria they mention, the criteria used for evaluatating the effectiveness of consumer in law protecting consumers- like resource efficency etc?

yeah- any one help???-especially those who did HSC last year and remember this question

you mention whatever you think is relevant
focus primarilly on the sectionFINANCING A PURCHASE
and evaluating the effectiveness use a criteria, yes PAREE.
refer to legislation, cases, documents and media reports

Im guessing explicit refers to something that you state obviously, and implicit is something you subtely refer to ?? just a guess
