Does my school usually get a 99.95
Am I likely to be dux (knowing what you do about your schoolmates)
Its definitely a strong possibility - I'd say its a 50-50 proposition.

True, but the top end of his cohort was extremely strong. In some cases, the top of a selective school may not be that strong - the dux may only get 99.8 (I stress that only is a relative term). In saying that, I'd say 99.95 is definitely possible for the O.P.
