The Family Court was introduced by the Family Law Act 1975 (Cth) which aims to deal with disputes arising from family issues. Their main dispute resoloution mechanisms involve the use of counselling, mediation and arbitration. Some issues which you may like to talk about that is relavent and within the Court's jurisdiction include:

1) Parenting Orders (Residence, Contact and Specific Issues orders)
2) Paramount consideration of the child
3) Property allocation
4) Violence
5) Balancing interests, pursuant to s79(4) of the FLA 1975 (Cth) (Which deals with property allocation)
6)Maintenance (Spousal and child), and
7)Maybe problems/improvement in enforcement? (Child Support (Assessment) Act? )
