hey guys and girls this is my first post ,hi I’m brad

I need someone’s help desperately! my brain is absolutely fried!

iv been doing assignments non stop since I got back from last school holidays ,some how juggling geo, pdhpe, chemistry ,english,sor along with band practice, my drama performance work and work aswell as muay thai = always busy ahha

as I was saying my brain is dead! I’ve been staring at the same question now for about an hour and iv written a page of nonsense.

I need to write an essay on "HOW the five action areas of the Ottawa charter interact with diabetes"

ahhh what does that mean! I’m sorry if that sounds stupid but I don’t get it

I have a mental block!

if anyone can point me in the right direction of what to right and do then I would be mega grateful x.o
