Can anyone help me with ways to do Algebra...it's too confusing for me and it would be really great if someone could give me some tips?

Anyway...

You'll have to be a little bit more specific with algebra. Do you not get it at all (inc 3x + 6x type questions) or are you confused in the "find d when d/100 = 34235 root 534534 to the power of 345" type questions?

i don't get it at all...it's so stupid...y do they get us to do it when we probably won't use it like ever!!! Yeah, i just don't understand it...how do u work it out?

well algebra is REALLY broad, so give us a question you don't understand, and hopefully someone can work it out

Ok, well i tried this question...i just don't know if it's right.

The simplification of 5(x-3) - 2(x-4) is

5x-15-2x+8=
3x-7

Is that right or did i do it wrong???
