1. He ain't a stupid Nazi. Or a greedy racist pig.

2. We've got that screen at school for just voting normally so I'm guessing that its something to do with the cookies and if you're properly logged in because at school they don't enable them and they always play up. That's my guess anyway.

3. Never heard of it happening for a comment tho :S Maybe it's part of the new comment validation mechanisms that I believe MedNez implemented? *shrugs* Maybe you found a bug? I wouldn't have a clue.
