hi, im just wondering what the go is in terms of applying for annual leave

as an employee, am i entitled to take off dates whenever I want, if i tell them 2 months in advance? we aren't meant to take days off in DEcember but legally am i allowed to say "i want to claim my annual leave hours then?"

(im applying for a weekend off in november. its dumb, i shouldve decided to call in sick but i decided id let my manager know so she could replace me just out of courtesy. but shes being all a btich "only if no one's taken that week off" <two weeks later> "nah i havent checked yet im too busy".)

i just want to know so i can yell at her without hoping im making stuff up if she threatens to fire me or something lol

im part time contracted btw

it depends on your job

It depends on your contract
