Hi all.

As a HSC student, I am wondering if there is any point in me studying a Bachelor of Arts AND Bachelor of Science. I'm interested in Immunobiology, but I'm not sure if it's pointless to do a double degree with Arts...?

It depends what you want to get out of your degree. I would imagine that having an arts degree won't help you get a job in immunobiology. However, if you'd like to advance your knowledge or skills in other areas (history, philosophy, languages etc), then an arts degree would be a good option.

yes indeed comrade

i took up the arts component two years after i started and have never looked back - doing philosophy has armed me with many argooments to take 2 n00bs in teh NCAP sexun, whyl doin engrish hs givn me da abil. 2 rit gud.

but it's a bit annoying when you've got 2 years to go and all your old friends are doing honours/finished their degrees :(

if you're interested - do it.
