One good way is, check the business report structure...remember you could use heading and a conclusion in a report. And then make a prepare essay or report based on the quantas case. Furthermore, you could make a notes page, where you put a heading of each of the business studies topics, and then underneath write Quantas case points that relates to it...that way, you will be able to refer to the Quantas case no matter which topic they ask...
