i'm not doing it but i know people who have done the hospitality diploma at Ryde
all i know is that it goes on for 1.5 years...advanced diploma goes on for 2 years
there is a course at uts that caters specifically for people who graduate from the diploma at credit level...it's called B Management in Hospitality & Tourism... goes on for 1.5 years...if uni is your thing
