lol, the uow library looks so small in regard to the picture in the article.

I think the government should just accept less (local) ppl into uni and reduce fees.

I mean, the ppl who drop out of uni and don't end up paying HECS are just increasing the huge HECS debt.

EDIT: and the GST in particular hurts uni students

yes, and i just found out the smh is only 60c at uni :D

and considering he teaches 2nd year computing, when he himself is 3rd year is pretty 1337 :D

Depends on your class load
My micro tutor last year said he was paid $80 an hour (and he'd do 3-4 hours of 'work' including class and tutor meetings etc)
