i remember watching this movie ages ago, maybe +10 years, one night on TV but never remembered the name.
It was based around the British invasion of Africa (or something along those lines, im not too good with my history). there was one scene in particular that involved a black guy leading a group of british soldiers through a jungle area in a column formation. He stops for a moment and watches the soldiers walk by then takes out an axe and stabs one of them in the chest. Then from both sides of the track they are ambushed by these black warrior tribesmen (not too sure how to describe them...youve seen Ace Ventura right?)
also remembered one scene where one of the main characters was captured and placed on a type of crucifix and was being burnt alive and somewhere along a nearby mountain an ally was in range and shot him so he wouldnt have to suffer.
those are pretty much my only memories of the movie. anyone know the name of this movie? its one of those movies i always wanted to watch again but never got the chance to.
