And I keep telling you put your pants back on. You got a real problem there.
I'm doing a video actually... it's going pretty well. Editting is SUCH a drag.. it took me and my editor 4hours to throw out 30seconds of footage and rearrange some shots and overlay sound.... farrrrr it's such a gruelling process.
However, I'm happy to say that I'm going into an editting studio this weekend for the final touchups for sound and special effects!

we're only required to be the sole writer and director
editting isn't a director's duty. All u need to do as a director is to sit there and tell the editor wat to do. what to cut, what to add, what sound u want, etc
I actually spent 9 hours today at an editting suite in nth syd just doing the final touch ups. Editting can b done on ur own... but if you have access to people in the industry, there's no point in not using them. The only cost i've had for my whole video is $10 for the VHS tapes... for 3 copies. It's not easy to find people who are willing to help out of free will, but luckily i knew the right people who knew more right people

even an original soundtrack? wow... that's pretty good.
It's not cheating, it's being realistic. I don't know WHERE you found the time (or the disk space) to do all your editting alone... but congrats on it if you have. I don't think that making a video is about seeing how well u know how to use a computer.. i think its about your ideas and concept....
