It is true. But it's still a good plan if you don't want to spend much. Plus free calls to other 3s and sometimes free sms (depends on your plan).

Haha damnit, I close BOS stuff and I get another email D:

I'm on 3. I've not experienced dropouts or connectivity issues.

I do however go on roaming in my bedroom. Nowhere else in the house, at all. Just my bedroom. Why this is, I'm not sure :\

But yeah, I've had no problems. Depends how close you are to central points of reception though. Have a look on their website for map of where 3 coverage is :)

I'm on 3. Only a month ago, I had G connectivity (as opposed to 3G) at home... lately, it's been 3G. Apart from that, no connectivity issues.

yeh lol because 3 phone has to judge which service to connect to it can either connect to 3g, g, CDMA or the roaming GSM (depending on the signal strength).

like it's sometimes weird just seeing it change from one to another in 1 minute when ur not even moving

3 is good for me.
nothing wrong.

me on $22 plan with LGU880
me get $22 worth of free calls
me get 150 free SMS'/month
me get free 3 to 3 calls for 300mins/month.
me have 4 people with 3G accounts which means 1200mins free in total. (any one of the users can use the free credits)
me can go on internet for free unless me download songs/programs/whateva.
me think 3 is kool.

i wouldnt ever im my life time i would wanna buy a 3G phone as they are really shit and they break down easy.

also in about 6 months 4g phones would start coming up as they use the internet to contract ppl and the drop out rate will drop over by 60%

I say in about a few years, 3g will have a large proportion of market share.
