If so, what course/uni? I'm conflicted over what I should do...

Pursue a path in which your interested in. If you like science and your not horrible at it, then choose a science based degrees. For most unis in NSW, specifically in Syd. a course (degree) is a course regardless of were you do it. Back 20 yrs ago, it wasn't the case.
