When a q asks u to explain/analyse how a Lewin model can be used to manage change effectively in this business , how do u approach it.
Since it is explain (cause effect) or Analyse (implications) how do u do it (how can u link driving forces and resiting forces to that).
And also - do we need to write it in a paragraph form or can we write in subheadings (such as driving forces. resisting forces) provided it is a short - answer ?
