Recently i visited the Art Gallery of NSW or something can't remember. It was a school Excursion talking about Art express. The lady/curator said that they were looking for more Appropriations to artwork..

What's your point of view? I was planning to do it since the start.. should i?

Sure, whatever tickles your fancy. As long as you keep the syllabus in mind and meet all the requirements you should do alright.
I'd be more concerned about your late start though. You should have your ideas finalised and be atleast working on drafts at this time.
