for each of the options for legal studies e.g consumer and family etc, wat would be the general questions to prepare for? Add any if u have other suggestions
-effectivess of the law in achieving justice for society and individuals
-needs for law reform

the great part about the 2 essays is that they are normally pretty general giving you the chance to approach the essay from many different angles. i look at it this way.
1) a topic area eg. breakdown of a marriage
2) go through the ways the law has addresed that using acts, cases,treaties etc.
3) then look at the effectivess of the law in achieving justice for society and individuals
4) look at the need for law reform and the remedies in place to address it
