now some one plz tell me why do people have this on application forms when people applying for jobs? i never came to knowing why do they ask people this? does it give people looking for jobs better opportunities or chances or does it look retarded if a arab/asian/etc person decided to tick it to think they'll get better opportunity when looking for a job? even when there's the hsc papers you have to clarify it.:apig:
