Non English speaking undergrads at Macq: 49%
Non English speaking undergrads at UNSW: 53%

Based on GoodUni guide.

I'm going to make a wild generalisation and say that the EFS Department has the most Asians.

I do Actuarial.

Asians are everywhere in my subjects.

Not to mention that technically, Indians and Middle Eastern people qualify as Asians, meaning I'm one of like 10 non-Asians in the course in my year.

Nothing against most of the Asians (some of them are mad, pLuvia being one of the cool ones), but they're all over the place in Actuarial, it's a fact.

What does "Non English speaking" actually mean? English as a second language? I just don't understand why they'd use that phrase.

Depends what course you're doing. I don't really notice many "English as a Second Language asians", but then again I'm doing Super Mega Plus Ultimate English, so yeah.

I'm actually studying science, but I never really notice any asians there, they're probably doing Actuarial studies and Business. There are some in Statistics, but like it's not over-run by them.

But yeah. Like it's no biggie, you don't really notice at all.

There are asians in every university, just like there are white australians in all uni's and people from the middle east at all universities
