I've got an assessment task some time during next week. We've been given a topic/area to research and then we have to do a presentation in class. The presentation involves the teachers appearing as clients seeking legal advice from us. We get given a specific scenario 5 minutes before we present and then we talk for 3 minutes and get asked questions from the teacher for up to 2 minutes.

The topic I've been given is "the legal requirements of marriage" and there doesn't seem to be much they could actually ask me. I'd really, really appreciate it if someone could come up with some interesting scenarios for me.
