Did you tell yourself that you'd get ahead with Econ these holidays, but got cooked by the sheer amount of content and skills to learn?
Perhaps you're sure that you've mastered all the content, but have no idea how to apply it under exam pressure or articulate it in essays?
Or if you're just starting Economics this year, maybe you're overwhelmed by the 6 topics you need to complete in 3 terms?
Whatever your situation is, I'm running online Prelim and HSC Economics Masterclasses this week so that you can head into 2026 equipped to do better than you ever could've imagined in Economics.
These masterclasses are intensive 1.5-hour sessions, comprised of a 1-hour crash course and 30-minute Q&A session where you can ask me anything about the Economics course. All attendees will receive crash course summary notes.
The topics of these crash courses are as follows:
HSC Economics - essential study and exam techniques + brief intro to HSC Topic 2: Australia's Place in the Global Economy
Prelim Economics - overview of prelim Topic 1: Introduction to Economics + essential study techniques
Pricing: $35 per attendee, OR if you bring a friend, you can attend for just $25 each! You can add $10 to obtain documents of the exact two 20/20 essays I wrote in the HSC.
To express interest or for further details: text 0406634683, email lasagna766@gmail.com, or PM me on here (click my profile and "start conversation"). There must be enough interest in each session for it to run.
Why learn from me? A bit about my Economics journey:
I graduated as 1st in both Prelim and HSC Economics at a top 10 selective school, obtaining a 98 HSC mark and 99.45 ATAR. According to my raw marks report, I only dropped 2 marks throughout the entire exam and received 20/20 for both essays.
If you looked at my trial results, though, you would've thought I was at risk of not even getting a band 6. In fact, essays were my weakest section, and I obtained just 15-16/20 for my trial essays. What changed?
Genuinely, not that much. I didn't start studying economics 6 hours a day, and I certainly didn't wake up an econ genius.
However, I reflected long and hard on what caused me to perform so poorly, and gradually adjusted my approach to the subject. In particular, I targeted my essay writing skills. I didn't prepare 100 scaffolds. I prepared them minimally and purposefully.
In my masterclasses, I'll share all the strategies I developed and more, so that you don't have to figure them out yourself.
Don't wait until trials to get your act together, like I did! Start now, and you won't have any regrets in the future.
