NESA doesn't release raw marks to students, so it is impossible to say. Either way, raw marks are only relevant in the calculation of the ATAR.
In terms of performance bands, the raw marks are moderated according to the requirements of how you satisfied each performance band. Getting a band 6 means you satisfied all the criteria of the band 6 requirements. This says nothing about the raw marks, as you could still technically achieve a band 6 with a low raw mark if the exam was inherently difficult.
