Has anyone worked for a bank before, i.e. customer service, call centre etc? What's it like, pay wise, and what sort of training do you have to undergo? I applied for an account the other day and the lady said you can just turn up with your HSC or equivalent and they train you. Are there part time or casual positions available and how do they compare to say, retail place jobs?
