I just wanted to know about its accuracy and reliability. Has anyone found a phony one? In the future, should I refer to my textbook before I revise using BOS notes?

I haven't come across a phony one, but i have come across ones where the details are a bit off.

Yeah, i suggest you refer to your textbook when revising or better yet, refer to a studyguide as they get straigh to the point unlike textbooks :)

For Chemistry, you should use the Ahmad Shah Idil notes. They're very very good, detailed, and for the most part accurate (for some parts, I disagree slightly, but that's not to say that it's wrong).

I agree with Annabackwards. I have found resources which, while mostly correct, don't explain things well, focus on the wrong parts of the content, or are generally misleading.
