this may be a stupid question, but we didn't really cover him in class so i'm not sure. in the syllabus for fall of the roman republic, there is a dotpoint for roman leaders, and brutus is one of them. but in my book (bradley - yeah, i know), there seem to be two brutuses - one is servilia's son, the other is related to him but also a close friend of caesar.

does anybody know which one i'm meant to know about?

err, upon further reading it seems they are the same person. i'm really confused, can anybody clarify?
