Would you purchase an already established car company going bad and work with that?
OR If you could start your own company what would you name it?

What cars do you offer, what pricing, what performance and what principles would you build it on?

Satyr Automotive Industry: competes against Holden, Ford and Toyota.

Supremacy: Luxury sedan competes against Fairlane and Caprice/Stateman. Emphasis on silky performance and high equipment/safety levels.

Libertine: Family large car competes against Commodore and Falcon. Emphasis on power, safety and reliability.

Katana: Sports coupe and convertible based on Supra specifications. Emphasis on power.

Archer: Small high end small car competes against Yaris and Golf. Emphasis on handling and power with optional safety package.

Sabre: Medium car competes against Corolla and Focus. Emphasis on handling and power.

Small and efficient cars are the way of the future. Possibly something that runs as a diesel/electro hybrid. Advantage of diesel - massive torque, advantage of electric - torque and power available from 0 RPM. Possibly a 2+2 seater, definitely RWD, maybe even a transverse rear engine setup. I'd envisage approx. 115kW and 320Nm, with fuel consumption of around 3L/100km. Low to Mid $30K.

And by the way - Yaris and Golf are hardly in the same category. I know that everybody here seems to love the Yaris, but seriously - it's an Echo, not a Golf.

Family car: Medium sized family car, disiel electric and petrol versions offered. This is intended as a whitegood. A 'sports' version borrowing styling and components from the performance car would be offered.

Exec-Express: Smooth european-esque styling, subtle chrome, tasteful wheels, smooth lines. Basically built on a de-tuned performance car (eg below).

Performance: Gunning for the nintendo generation a muscular two door coupe, AWD (RWD bias - variable split), Twin turbo 3L V6, quad cam, fuck fuel economy.

Entry Level: a wussy FWD powered by a petrol electric hybrid stealing styling cues from the performance car. Includes a 'sports' model that ditches the electric system in favour of a turbo and LSD.

An SUV: Because I'm a whore and soccer mums have money.

The primary push of my brand would be performance - the performance car would be used as a pinacle piece driving entry level sales. The notion being that ageing boy racers can plop themselves into the exec-express.

Overall my styling would be german/japanese in inspiration. Manufacturing probably in China, Markets: global. Enemies: the french.

I'll just work in my brothers shop, customising vehicles and what not.
