(Doubt anyone is going to reply, there seems to be like 5 or 6 people using this forum...)
I'm kind of stuck on this question, it seems very similar to the first one and i can only find two issues to talk about, mainly whether there is a valid contract between Walt and Wonderwork, and whether promissory estoppel applies. I can't find anything else to talk about and i've only got two paragraphs for this question....something feels off to me.
Anyone got any ideas?
The assignment question is near identical to central london v high trees, walt was offered a rent reduction for the period of economic downturn, and wants to know whether he needs to pay the original rent now that the economy has improved. That's easy to answer, but it doesn't feel like i have enough material in there for the world limit...
