quick question out to anyone (particularly pharmacy people) that actually knows the answer
its well known that caffeine tolerance --> dependance (as in: withdrawal symptoms once you stop taking it) is built up over time, and can sometimes occur from having as little as 80-100 mg everyday over a very long period of time, or having very high doses (1000+ mg) everyday for a shorter period of time
will having 300-400 mg (4-5~ mg/kg bodyweight) twice a week, and no other caffeine during the week, be able to build up a tolerance or not?
and please dont just take a guess at it, only answer if youve actually studied it/know roughly what your talking about
