does anyone know how to use the stat functions on a sharp calc ?
i think its a el-531rh model

is this your calculator [see attatched]?

if so, then you shoud use the 2nd fucntion, and the three other buttons, mean, number of observations entered [good for double checking you put in the right amount!] and standard deviation, you dont use the one to the right of sx becasue that is the population sd.

erm, the stat functions i didnt use i dont think (stat170), but in econ141, it gives me answers without any calcs...just at a press of a button...

I have a 560R, for me I have to go into stat mode first then press RCL instead of 2nd Function.

After each value press M+, and then when you're done just do whatever you want to find.

But...your calculator looks different lol

Whats the deal with ppl using those text recalling calc's in the acst class exams

RCL is for that memory function =p
Every calculator [should] have it

yea, mine does
RCL 6 values

hit , "store A, or B or C D, X or Y"

then hit "RCL the leter u saved it as"

It's not a full alphabet, so it's not illegal

as if, i can store "BOOBIES" and "SHELL" and such like words on my calc

might come in handy for a test u know...

Some of it has to be 1337, so it doesn't count
Teacher's can't read 1337 =/

except for the standard deviation, is that the 'sx' button ?

n for the other weird stuff in stat like those sx equations n stuff do i use the same button or wat
