''King Lear is a great story but is difficult to realise in dramatic form''
Explain how you would overcome the problems the text presents to a director. Refer to at least two scenes form the play in detail.

OKAY, how do i approach this question?

do i just write, 'I would do this blah blah to overcome this problem'

or should i write a proper intro and eveything

eg. the problem of realising the play in dramatic form has been faced by directors .....

BTW, this is my half yearly exam, they gave us the question paper a week before the actual test.

and if anyone wants to pass ideas around Lear my MSN is caremettle@hotmail.com

I would treat it like an essay and write a proper intro.

That said, make sure your intro answers the question, and isn't some vauge, off-topic comment.
