1 (a) Calculate the angle of climb for an aircraft with a lift to drag ratio of 15 and a thrust to weight ratio of 0.3

(b) if the motor of this aircraft fails at 1000m altitude, what will be the max distance is can glide before it reaches the ground? Assume zero wind and take the measurement along the ground from a point directly below the aircraft.

any help would be good..

thanks
