Thanks for all the replies so far, mods. You're really helping by ignoring a real issue.

I think you will need to email the webmaster or adminsitrator of the website regarding the issue(its clear they have buggered off and left the site to be controlled by school kid mods). If i was you i would request your money back, and failing that i would threaten contacting the dft.
You're not going to get a serious answer here

Fuck that, blackmail?
its not blackmail mate. She doesnt actually gain anything when the deadline is passed. She just wants a reply, which to me is pretty simple. It's not as if shes asking them for a letter of explanation to be posted to her door or something.

Musk, if you don't like my idea of dealing with things. You tell me what you would do. Consider the fact that he hasn't got a proper responce for 3 weeks since the thread has started. I'm sure if it was your money wasted then you would be less sympathetic.

How I laughed when I read 'benefits' in the title. This site is dead. The 'resources' are not updated at all, the Biki is a ghost-town, and the site's owners have mostly disappeared into the workforce. Give it up.

whats to understand? You're having a cry because you lost $20 to a failed internet site that is now just running by school kid moderators, while the owners have long gone. Most people were able to recognise this when they saw the ads for premium, but clearly you didn't.

you fail :)

No, I am attempting to get the benefits for the hundreds of school children who purchased them.

You fail.

"hundreds of school children" is quite an exaggeration - as i said before - anyone with half a brain realised it was a massive joke.

you fail.
