im reading all these threads bout case studies and see all these unneccessary comments advice and stress. can i just say the most important thing in your essay is your knowledge and your answer to fit the question. the case study bit is like an illustration u dont need loads of info on it, u only make reference to it. So can use quit this whole dont use this case study unless u got every detail or marker get sick of qantas etc etc seriously your stressing and annoying other ppl as well u know lol so ppl relax its only 'refer to a case study' i got 19/20 for my essay in the cssa trials and my case study was qantas but i used a select amount which is hardly alot so like remember just answer the question first then relate bcoz u r passing the rubric it doesnt says refer to case studies in detail relax fellow hscers
