As part of my assessment l have to make up a case study of an employee with children which is part of the individuals and work topic..
does anyone know what a case study has to include in it?

A case study is "a detailed study of an individual or a small group".

It includes observations, interviews, and surveys. Basically you are focusing your attention on the individual or small group getting as much information as you can.

we so have pretty much the same assignment ay! i needed to survey 10 mothers and write up a case study to... ive just finished writing up the questions and handing them out... i think you are meant to cover all their needs in the workplace when they have children such as self-esteem, finacial, social, education, status, lifestyle, career, maternity leave, holidays.. etc... well thats what i kind of covered in my questions so far
