I can't find concise information about these 3 terms. What are their definitions and what entitlements do each of them receive?

Also, why has there been a trend towards casual and contract employment?

I understand that employers can avoid some costs by doing so, but what are these cost specifically?

Btw are the unemployed that are actively seeking work and are available to work included in the workforce?

U can google the definitions u know
Just take a look at some websites and construct ur own definitions for these words so its easier to rmb later on
Also in the economics textbook also has these definitions
I found it good enough

Second question
Idk if im correct but more casual and contract employment provide more flexibility hence encourage greater labour force participation e.g. Women with children prefer casual employment than fulltime since its more flexible for them and hence reduce overall unemployment rate
However this also can cause the problem of underunemployment

Third question
Full time employees entitled to benefits such as sick leave
Holiday leave blah blah blah
==>> on going costs for firms
While casual or contract u just gonna call them when u need them to work and u dont hv to pay sick leave or holiday leave and stuff like that
E.g. Ask ur fulltime and casual teachers at school they will tell ya the differences and what benefits they get

part/full time are forced to work minimum 8 and 38hrs a week
casual doesnt really get job security(they really only need to work atleast 2-3hrs a week min), but they get paid more then part/full time
