certain web pages won't load now (1 Viewer)

links ending in .cgi used to load properly, but now i cant get them to load

one example

what happens instead of the page loading is i get a download box in firefox, so i directed the "download" to use firefox as the application to open the page.

i then got this error message:

That is a problem with the server, you'll have to contact the server admin.

Happens for me too, in Firefox and IE. You should contact the website owner to let them know.
