change icon of a program (1 Viewer)

i want to change the icon of a certain program... i used to have a program to do it but i lost it ... can't rmemeber the name either

anyone have any ideas on how to change the icon?

(not shortcuts or folders... the actual exe)

i used to have a program .. like that E something, "e-icon"? but ti stuffed up my comp coz i change it to .exe extension and they all my programs change to oen icon and somehow i couldnt change it =/

that just changes it temporarily using an ini to link them

if u want it changed for good u can use resource hacker
