changing application names (1 Viewer)

how can u change application names? so that when u do ctrl-alt-del, its all changed.
i dont mean the 'right-click rename' thing.
i mean acutally chaning the application name down to the root.
is this possible?

You mean for example in MSN messenger the main window that says

MSN Messenger. u want to change that?

only some apps you can change it, like IE and Windows media player. Change it in the group management thingy.

Impossible to change name in ctrl-alt-del, unless you hex edited the exe or something.
