is it too late to change my preferences..??

AND

can i do it on the UAC website?...if so how do i do it and where do i go on the site?

you can change your preferances up until January 5th and still be included in round 1 selections for uni. im not sure about middle and last round dates. but im prety surre thats right. Just go to UAC's site (Y)

Yeh, you can change your preferences up until the 5th of January as long as you initially submitted your preferences by the end of last month.

In the future, university related questions might be better answered in the University - General forum.
