I think Macquarie or Excel has worked solutions to the experiments you encounter in the Chemistry course but there is no point in rote learning a practical since it is called a practical for a reason and hence you should undertake the procedure first hand.
Also conquering chemistry has an example of the procedures you could go through to complete the practical also with worked solutions. Chemistry contexts 2 doesn't have any experiment information.
Also have you tried looking at the Surfing Chemistry books for each topics? Some of the experiments are in there as well.
Furthurmore there's the HSC online site which gives you a vague understanding of each experiment, though sometimes is of no help at all
