i only plan to pick one of chem/phys, which one should I pick? hows the difficulty/workload for each subject?

ive heard that chem starts hard then gets easy, while phys starts easy then gets rlly hard??
i dont plan to do a science-related degree (eg med/compsci) so that shouldn't influence my choice.

thanks in advance for any help 🙏 appreciate it

Chem is really good - hard in year eleven but really interesting into year 12
Once you understand it I find it all clicks into place

I don't take Phys so you'll have to wait on someone to respond 😅

in terms of y12 where it really matters, imo chem is a fair bit more fun while physics starts strong (and easy) with mod 5 and then sorta devolves into memorising stories about how people in the 1800s tried to estimate the speed of light. year 12 phys is still fun but imo y12 chem is a bit better, definitely depends on the person though
