hey,

i'm doing a media file on 'offences against the person', and i was wondering if child pornography (refering to that whole series of articles recently on the exposure of the kiddie porn ring around australia) is considered to be an offence against the person.......or is it classified as something different ? Thanks.

i would assume so since sexual assult is under that category
